Our tuning packages for the Focus RS Mk1 can go in in excess of 300BHP. Our three basic stages of tune are listed below:
Stage 1, (260BHP)
This package lifts the power restrictions from within the ECU and enhances the power output. There is a far stronger power band in the mid range. The exhaust system we include in this package gives a good decent sound, without being too loud, or intruding at cruising speeds.
The package is a drive in drive out package, and consists of the following:
- Full engine management diagnostics check.
- Boost leak check, using our ‘Smoke Pro’.
- Catalytic Converter Replacement Pipe
- K&N Panel Filter
- 3" Stainless Steel Exhaust System. (Tailpipe Choice Available)
- Setup including, Fuel, Boost & detonation check under load.
- Our MAP files are written by Motorsport Developments.
This setup will give approx. 260BHP
Cost of this service is £1900
Stage 2, (290BHP)
Our stage two package allows the engine to breathe easier, and enhances the power output. The exhaust system we include in this package gives a good decent sound, without being too loud, or intruding at cruising speeds. We remove the restrictive standard manifold and use the highly coveted JEK stainless tubular manifold. This package can reach the safe limits of the standard turbocharger, and is an excellent conversion to an otherwise standard car.

- 3″ Stainless steel Milltek Exhaust system. (Tailpipe Choice Available)
- Catalytic Converter Replacement Pipe.

This setup will give approx. 290BHP
Cost of this service is £2750 Decat.
Stage 3 (300BHP and above.)
We are happy to discuss your individual requirements to move the power level over 300bhp. There are a number of options available using larger frame turbochargers and bespoke mapping options. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your particular needs.
