I've been at my video editing software again.

Amalgamating video clips I try to take while doing projects. This one is getting nearer the end of the project though now, so I thought I'd better start actually putting the videos together. I really don't enjoy that part of the whole YouTube process honestly.

The car however is lovely. Now fitted with a Maxxecu Sport, this is the first video on fitting the ecu to the vehicle. Stripping out 20 years worth of various wiring upgrades. In order to start with a clean slate.

Still working my way through tuning jobs that were initially booked in during the summer of the 'broken leg'.

Happily, the majority of my customers are absolute legends. I'm working my way through stuff!

Celica GT-Four running a forged bottom end, and a GT30 turbo on Motec. Wait, is this a line from the fast and the furious!?

The car is running Motec M4, from back in the day, had to blow the dust off the XP laptop. 😂

Ran out of injector D/C, so will see it back at some point to finish up. Forgot how good these sound.

Massive thanks to the The Graphics Factory Chard Ltd for hooking me up with something I'd had in my mind since painting Senderella White. The Martini Livery was added to the TWR XJ220-N, car number 1. 😎 I've not seen another Jag with it, and I think it looks ace! I'm going to take this opportunity to thank everyone thats got me to this point so far, if you don't mind. I don't have a massive reach on here, but every little helps right, and these guys are legends. They've helped me build a genuine GT race car, that looks and sounds epic. If I can get the bag of meat behind the steering wheel to operate the controls at a sensible rate, she might even prove herself. Seem to be doing quote a few 205's of late. I think we've averaged one a week for the last 6-months. Mad really, there can't be 'that many' still about?

Anyway, tidy little 205, fresh forged engine build. Three maps, switchable from the dash. Injectors limiting me from going too mad, but still an epic sound from a 205.

Golf R? Golf Ridiculous?! 😂

This is Austens creation. Austen is a well accomplished car builder, part owner of 'Grants of Wellington', BMW specialists. It's no surprise this ended up with a fair amount of BMW parts! It's essentially a fully forged 2.7 Audi RS4 V6 engine with a Garret G30-550 coupled to a BMW gearbox using his own designed conversion. A custom BMW rear axle with LSD of course. That's the very very short spec to this absolute craziness.

In its highest boost setting, it's pulling nearly 540bhp. RWD, in a stripped out, caged up, MK2 golf...... 😮😮😂😂😂

Make no mistake, this gets used, hard. It's no show pony. The amount of Golfs I've stood next to over the years, I can think of every wheel and suspension combination going, but I've never stood near one that has the presence of this. Everything is there for a reason. It's function over form, and by Christ it functions!

We were just involved to upgrade the management to a Maxxecu Race, loom it up, and make it throw some fire out the back!

We're running the Maxxecu Race in this car, it's providing 12 levels of traction control, fly by wire, knock control, wideband fuelling, on board datalogging, 12 boost maps, power steering by speed (using an E90 M3 rack), safety limits for Oil Pressure, Oil temp etc etc etc.

I genuinely love this car, it's one of my favourites I've worked on, and I can't wait to see it in the flesh out in its natural habitat, in the wilds of a local race track!

This is Ben Stevenson's Empire. The guy needs to be sectioned frankly! 😂😂 It's crazy nuts.

It's his first season out in his PVE Tuned, Empire Evo.

It runs a supercharged forged Hyabusa Engine on DTA. It's putting nearly 350bhp to the back wheels, running on pure Methanol. The car weighs 295kg. 😮😮

I loom forward to when Ben's Properly tamed this beast. Good luck mate.

Not many noises better than a 'big ole V8'. Strap on a supercharger, and some loppy cams. Great noises!

The cam map took a little work here. The tune already on the vehicle had the VVT zeroed out. The Ford Racing cams recently fitted have a far more 'aggresive WOT' angle. We found 30whp from cam timing making use of the new profiles.

Sorry I've not been posting much. It's.my busiest time of the year, and I'm trying my damnedest to get a couple of long termers finished up. Naturally, something always suffers when you're busy. Socials has been mine.

Nice to get a photo of the XKR all painted to be fair. Feels like I'm 'Moving Forward' when I've done nothing!

Jeremy's done a decent job by the looks of it in fairness to him. It's painted inside and out, I imagine painting that roll cage was a total ball ache!
