Custom Wiring Looms
We fit a number of aftermarket ECU systems to vehicles. We’ve been doing it for years. Over this time we have perfected the engine bay ‘Wiring Harness’. We can build you a loom for you vehicle, fast road specification, or full on motorsport use with MIL spec connections. Wiring looms are a bit of a speciality of ours here at PVE.
We have plenty of experience with most professional engine management systems. We keep in stock most common connectors ready to build wiring looms. We specialize in MaxxECU, and keep the whole range, but we can work with any professional engine management system.
We can supply all types of electronic motorsport components to compliment your build. Including various brands of PDM, instrument clusters and indeed Engine Management Systems.
We have experience in most disciplines of motorsport, and can taylor the loom and electronics package around you.
We have various loom packages available in our webshop. There are some available that we supply regularly so we’ve devided to ‘board these out’. This allows us to duplicate the looms perfectly every time. These looms are available off the shelf essentially with just a few details required from yourselves.
We have other options where we can build you a loom based on some details from yourselves. This can be in the form of a drawing, or indeed a ‘pattern’. Basically something you’ve made up out of string, or an old wiring harness for instance that we can copy accordingly. We can complete the loom and just send it to you in the post. There are various options available in the webshop to be able to purchase a ‘generic’ loom based on a 4-Cylinder engine for example. Please have a browse to see if we’ve covered what you are after.
More often that not, we have a car delivered, and we wire it to a fully bespoke standard. You get exactly what you’re after in the right place, with the right connectors! This is particularly popular as we can provide the whole service. We can supply the relevant parts. Build the harness, and then get the vehicle running, programmed and tuned on our rolling road. There is no complications between the ‘loom builder’ and the ‘tuner’ which seems to happen more and more often these days.
Our looms can be built to your standard. Having a full Autosport Spec Tefzel loom isn’t for everyone. We have to in this day and age bring cost into it. We can work with you, and come up with a suitable package.
