Discovery 3 2.7 tdv6 EGR removal

This Landrover Discovery 2.7 tdv6 had its EGR system removed today, and programmed from the ECU. We can remove the systems physically, and from the software at our workshop near Chard, in Somerset. We've done so many of these over the years now, and it makes such a difference to the drive, and the economy of these vehicles. The EGR valves on the TDV6 can be very troublesome, especially now the vehicles are getting older.

Our no nonsense, 'no bullshit' rolling road give us accurate data, and figures. Many rolling roads these days seem to be giving various figures that help the 'tuner' look good. We're not interested in 'looking good', we're interested in actual performance gains. Many lap time records prove our figures over and over again. Unlike many.

We have been remapping vehicles in Somerset now, since 2004. We have without a doubt one of the most well equipped workshops on the south west.

Don't compromise on quality.

Give us a call for any of your requirements. We have dealer level systems, and can read and write these ECU's safely. We can perform upgrades with regards hardware, or software. We can perform these services at our fully equipped rolling road workshop in chard, somerset.

We have been live mapping, and remapping cars here in Somerset now for more than 10 years. We had plenty of Dyno experience in the past, with our first Dyno-Dynamics rolling road arriving in 2007. We have since upgraded the dyno, to an AWD Dyno-Dynamics 450DS. Literally the industry standard in rolling roads. We have enclosed it in a Dyno Cell. To keep your pride and joy safe, and cool. Our Dyno cell, is one of a kind. We have more exhaust extraction CFM than most have cooling fans. We pull cold air from outside the cell very specifically to supply the vehicle with cold fresh air. We can refresh the entire air in the cell approx 14 times a minute. Keeping both the engine, and drivetrain cool. We can even simulate negative, and positive pressures in the cell.
